About our home
Gillawarna Village is an aged care home with accommodations for 150 residents, divided equally among high care, low care, and secure dementia-specific areas. Each resident enjoys a private room with an ensuite, opening onto garden views. The dementia-specific section features an activity room, six lounge areas, two dining rooms, beauty services, and access to secured gardens.
The facility includes a cafe, BBQ deck, community hall, and movie theatre and adheres to fire, safety, and sprinkler compliance. Gillawarna Village provides various services such as physiotherapy, alternate therapies, diversional therapy, entertainment, pastoral care, and church services, supplemented by an active program including weekly bus outings.

Horrible management, no contact between management and staff/ patients family. Was instructed to give needed medication but they gave excuses. Would not recommend this horrible place to anyone. Truely a horrible place for your loved ones.
