Gibson Street Complex

Gibson Street Complex is an aged care facility with 120 beds, divided into the Joan Pinder and Stella Anderson nursing homes, each housing 60 beds. Both areas feature common amenities like dining rooms, lounge areas equipped with gas log fires and flat-screen TVs, sun rooms, and multi-purpose rooms for various activities. Stella Anderson additionally offers a 32-inch flat-screen TV in each bedroom.

Each room is single occupancy with temperature-controlled air conditioning, and the complex offers free Wi-Fi and rooms for couples. On-site, there are registered and enrolled nurses available around the clock, supported by allied health professionals. The facility includes a bus with a hydraulic lift for outings and provides a variety of cultural and specialised programs for residents. It also features walking paths and gardens for resident involvement.
