The facility is designed with open plan communal areas that encourage resident interaction while promoting independence. These areas include multiple zones for both private and social activities.

The establishment is surrounded by interactive contemporary gardens equipped with vegetable plots, flower beds, a chicken coop, and a bird aviary. The recently refurbished Palm Court caters specifically to dementia patients, supported by staff trained in dementia care and professionals like dentists and therapists.

A wellness and re-enablement approach ensures residents have access to various healthcare professionals including physiotherapists and podiatrists. All meals are freshly prepared on site, employing home cooking methods.
