Faversham House

Faversham House 1st Floor South, based in Melbourne, provides specialised aged care services in a contemporary setting. The facility features multiple common areas, including a spacious dining room, a main lounge equipped with a large TV, and smaller lounges designed for relaxation and reading. An outdoor balcony is also available for residents and their visitors.

Safety is prioritized with a comprehensive Safety Monitoring System that includes security monitoring in common areas and secure key pad areas, courtyards, and gardens. The facility contains two High Care units managed by an In-Charge Manager each, and a medical team led by a Registered Nurse Division 1, supported by Division 2 Nurses and Personal Care Attendants.

Onsite catering services are overseen by the Head Chef and Food Services Manager, with menu input from a dietician, staff, and residents to ensure nutritious meal planning. The aim of Faversham House is to provide a home-like environment emphasizing safety, dignity, and comfort for all residents.
