Always clean Friendly staff Meals appear to be good
Our friend there, is very happy, has own room & ensuite, helpful, friendly, caring staff. Excellent activities & meals. We are kept updated frequently via newsletter & email. All staff & visitors are flu & Covid 19 protected + most, if not all residents.
Generally good staff but like anywhere there is the oneball. Biggest beef is that they failed to repair a faulty call bell button and attend to an infection, which resulted in a very upset anxious mother. Manager is not suitable. There are better places.
Mum and dad are both in the Claridge, same room and both suffering with dementia as well as my father with Parkinsons. From day one they have made my parents at home. Dad in the begining was always upset about being in an aged care but now is so happy as is mum. The staff I can never fault, and in fact grateful with the care they give to my parents as well as the support and continual communication to myself and my disabled sister whom is always welcomed by the staff when seeing them. Thankyou to the management and staff.
I would seriously spend some time here before putting one of your loved ones here. Staff are scarce, the place appears to be monitored by cctv everywhere which I guess mean they need less staff. Doesn’t look like there’s much on offer in terms of activities, a privately run profit making organisation which although clean is a very depressing place
