Very clean, nursing, cleaning and catering staff friendly and polite
Very clean, staff are lovely well set out rooms spacious
I have been greatly impressed with the professionalism, empathy and skill that all of the staff have displayed. They are very busy but genuinely keen to help residents and families through a difficult time. I would sum them up by saying they have the right balance between a sensitive and knowledgable approach.
I visited an old friend who unfortunately has ended up here, and I was very pleasantly surprised at how good the place is. Nothing like nursing homes I have been to in the past. Nice well laid out private room with an ensuite and lovely friendly staff who seem to have a genuine interest in the people living there. The staff we met seemed almost like good friends or caring family members rather than the usual prison guard attitude I have seen in other places.
