Would not be a place I would ever trust, bad experience I will never forget.
Staff are extremely rude and treat visitors like children. Appalling behaviour. My grandma has also made me aware they push her around and she has bruises all over her body from it! Seriously avoid at all costs.
Managenment team is horrible. There was a day I have to work with 3 other staffs for the job of 8 people. Some of the staffs are rude and lazy. They ask agency staffs to work extra tasks when they sneakily hide in the corner of the resident room to eat during breakfast time of the residents. Then, later on they complain agency staffs dont do much work. One of the nurses is unethical to force people to work in the Covid site while they already state they have compromised health. I would never recommend anyone to work there.
Worst management team ever I’ve worked with. Total thumbs down
they have been amazing looking after my grandma for a few years now
