My mother was registered as a respite resident, and unfortunately passed away due to a terminal illness while living at Estia Lockleys. I believe she recieved wonderful care and support from the nurses and other staff. Thank you Estia
Hi dear people, i am writing this feedback to make everyone aware about the facility estia lockleys. Staff including nurses and management prioritize more about paper work rather actually providing patient centred care. I would recommend people to be somewhere else than to be in estia if they really wants there loved ones to be looked after nicely with respect and dignity.
