Visiting old friend in respite. Very nice accommodation. Needs access to tea and coffee for people Visiting.
A big thank you to Estia Glen Waverley for caring for Reg and Dot Wilmott. Starting with Maheshi at reception, management and through to carers and nursing staff our gratitude for all you provided on behalf of our family.
Absolutely appalling. Would NOT recommend. My nan lived here for nearly 12 months. I would visit and she would need to go to the toilet (she needed help from staff) we would press the button and be waiting as long as 20 minutes for a staff to help her. the staff where no where to be seen and would nearly take me 10 minutes just to find one nurse to talk to. September 2021 my nan passed away, Estia Health glen waverley kept this from us and we don’t find out until I call up , to be told she had passed away 3 weeks earlier. Absolutely and utterly disgraceful.
Mum wonderful Mum has just spent two weeks in Estia for some respite. Some of the kindest carers and staff I have ever met. Thank you Estia Glen Waverley for taking such great care of Mum!
