I would like to give the most warmest grateful Thankyou to the wonderful staff at Estia Health in Coolaroo. It is a hard decision choosing a caring home for a loved one but from the moment we stepped foot inside we knew it felt warm and caring a perfect place for my mother. The staff at Estia looked after my mum with warmth and gentle care. To walk in and smell the fresh meals being cooked was just like walking into my own mums kitchen. I cannot say enough positives about this wonderful home but I know that the caring staff helped give us an extra 12 months with my darling mum. To the ladies who made her cup of tea, nurses, care assistants , the wonderful recreation coordinator and all the staff and management I say Thankyou from the bottom of my heart. Walk tall all of you, you should be very proud of your wonderful facility,

Just arranged for our mother to become a resident here. The staff are truly helpful, couteous, caring and most of all friendly. The process has been made so much easier for us to arrange the care for mum that the stress and worry that we thought was going to be there just wasn't.
