I rang to check on a dear friend, and the staff were very helpful.
Nice and safe place for elderly people...
It has happened four times that staff missed or didn't administer my partner medication correctly. I understand that the staff turnover has been a big issue during the Covid, but there should not be any excuses for this. Food is below the standard and service has been degraded for the past 2 years. I spoke to few residents on the same floor, they all said they have complained about the food but nothing has been changed. Staff are nice but most of them are new, therefore they don't know what they are doing most of the time. I feel so sorry for the residents been locked in their room many times due to Covid. Hope the management to review and make changes to improve the services asap.

My students attend here for work placement, great feedback from the students. Rebecca is one of a kind, very delightful to deal with. Person centered care is a top priority to CaSpa Care, great lifestyle program. Highly recommend to an older person requiring care needs.
