Don’t judge a book by its cover. Same goes for this nursing home. Looks good on the outside but rotten on the inside. My grandmother was here on respite. The lack of staff impacted her care. I’m glad we tried respite care first as we would not leave her here permanently. Our best decision was bringing her out.
As a visitor I was surprised by the lack of staff. Is anyone actually employed here? Please employee more staff as the residents deserve the quality of care they have paid for and expecting to get.
Enbracia is clean and the staff are fantastic, my mother was there 3 years ago and now another relative has taken up residence. It has all the facilities you may require and the Italian tv station RAI is also available.
Mum has been here for 18 months now. Staff has always been friendly and caring and take good care of mum. Very pleased!!
The most amazing aged care residence you could hope to place your parents. The staff are exceptionally professional and so friendly that my parents think of them as family. The place is just beautiful like a five star hotel and the food is also good. We were very lucky to find this place
