- Doutta Galla requires a proper qualified chef who knows how to cook different meals and has taste to it - Cleanliness is far from it from this place- it requires to continuously be cleaned (7 days a week) by professional cleaners not just the staff that work there; the toilets are not cleaned, the floors are filthy due to food being dropped, liquid stains on the floors, the floors are sticky - Doutta Galla requires a manager who is a qualified nurse who understands the needs of the residents living there not a manager who thinks he knows everything but knows nothing as he has no skills or experience with public and in the industry. - More staff is needed to be employed !!!!! - There is not enough staff employed on the floors at all times – there are times when residents have needed assistance and no staff was there - This is an ongoing problem that Doutta Galla has 7 days a week
