The staff and management team are so amazing here! I can trust what they say and not live in fear. I know my grandpa is getting the best care during, especially during a never ending pandemic. The staff really seems to care and take an interest in what is going on. The Operational Managers take time answering any questions and never makes you feel rushed or that you're a burden being there. I am so glad to have found an aged care facility close by that is so wonderfull!!

Highly recommended. Considering how often I've visited the place over the last few years, it would be understandable if I'd seen some irregularities in the operation of this facility, but I haven't. Fantastic people, working under pressure, doing a job that would cause most people to fold immediately. The overall rating has dropped over the last couple of years, but I would 100% put that on unreasonable people with unrealistic expectations, who would be incapable of doing that job for a couple of hours, much less of a career.

My best friends mother lives in Deloraine. What a beautiful facility. Strong management team and wonderful caring staff. Couldn’t ask for a better place to feel safe and at home in especially during these difficult times with Covid. Their infection control procedures are 5 star standards and I’m so glad my friend can relax knowing her mother is under such great care.
