Historically I'd have told people to avoid this place at all costs. The previous string of managers were abysmal and the heirachial staff culture was deeply problematic, but in the last few years the new manager Richard has really turned the place around and made it what I'd always hoped it would be. He seems honestly dedicated to making a difference. The whole flow and atmosphere of the facility has changed for the better, the staff seem happier, and the new team really went out of their way to make the remaining years of my father's stay as comfortable as possible.
