Dad thanks us EVERY time we see him for bringing him to the Chelsea. It’s home to him and he’s thriving there even more than he was before. It truly is a family. I was apprehensive about the transition but from the moment we met Kyisha in the hallway when we were measuring Dad’s room for furniture and she was there on her day off to check on the residents, I felt reassured Dad would be okay. The staff - Marie and Ileana and Nichole and Jen and Ms Davis and Deliza and so many more that we have come to know - genuinely provide loving care to the residents. They know everyone and what they are up to at any moment. Their patience seems endless and their creativity is off the charts. And I’ve been to many elder care faculties through the years for other reasons. The Chelsea at Clifton is extraordinary. We are grateful every day and Dad is in their care!

The Chelsea is truly extraordinary. The staff is extremely passionate about their jobs. Each resident is treated with great care and given special attention. The activities that are offered are always so unique, fun, and inclusive. The food is delicious. There is nothing more important that knowing that your loved one is receiving the very best care and attention. The Chelsea is a safe, warm, loving, home-like environment. I highly, highly recommend The Chelsea.

Joyel and the other staff members at the Chelsea at Clifton are fantastic! They have gone over and above being helpful. When the facility opened, we had our family member transferred from the Chelsea at Warren to the Chelsea at Clifton. Because of a mix-up on the part of the movers, his bed was left behind in Warren. We tried all day to find someone to bring the bed to Clifton with no luck. Joyel saved the day for us! She and another couple of staff members went out and rented a truck and drove to Warren and brought the bed to Clifton! I thought that was just incredible! I couldn’t thank them enough. The team members here at the Chelsea at Clifton are warm, caring and responsive to the needs of the residents. I’m so happy we chose the Chelsea at Clifton!
