Our grandfather had lived in the units here for 2 decades and my family and I can't speak highly enough of the caring and wonderful staff at Lady Small, especially Catherine. It was wonderful for our grandad to not only maintain his independence but to know that he was in safe and capable hands if he ever needed it and was still part of a lovely caring community. Thank you to the team and all the other residents.
Our mother had her first respite at Lady Small Haven and the staff were absolutely brilliant. They treated her with great care, patience and humility. The food was of very good quality. I would not hesitate in recommending Lady Small Haven we were utmost impressed in the way they run their facilities.
I can highly recommend Lady Small, staff are amazing, residents are treated exceptionally well, food is really good. My husband has been there for 3yrs now and has been a challenge for staff at times, however, he is handled with care and compassion at all times. Some staff have been there for over 14yrs and others have come back to volunteer after retiring, so that says something about the facility.
