My husband was living at Fairhaven and passed away in the last year. I have since been invited to a memorial service at the Care Home for him and also recently received a lovely hand made card with a beautiful message and a picture of a car. My husband, Don, loved cars so I was immensely touched. Thank you everyone at Fairhaven for the good service Don received during his stay and for the touching gestures afterwards.
Extremely happy with Fair Haven. Mum has been there since mid June and has settled well and getting stronger every day. Staff are brilliant. Carers, kitchen, laundry, cleaning and admin. Friendly and helpful . I call in everyday at different times. Meals are all delicious. I taste everything. Family from Melbourne are up visiting and they too love the place . Thankyou so much to all involved in mums care, you are all greatly appreciated.
Loving and caring staff that take extremely good care of my mother. The staff always let me know when I arrive how mum is and any concerns about her eating habits. They have been fantastic since my brother passed away in the support and understanding of this difficult time for mum .
