Exellent service, plenty of staff. Residents where smiling and looked healthy. Full covid protocols being followed in every area.
I had read and heard good reviews about this Aged Care Facility so was happy to place Mum in their care. I am upset with the lack of respect shown to mum. She is left in her room and treated like a dementia patient (which she is not) when she tries to ask questions. Some of the staff are lovely and caring but others show little empathy or patience for the elderly.
🙏🙏Thank you to the the lovely kez..one of the nurses..and Mitch and all other staff members that looked after my mum till the end..💙💙💔💔Thankyou so much..😭
Friendly, helpful staffwho interact meaningfully and respectfully with residents and visitors, and who work together as a team to provide good quality environment and programming for residents. The surrounding area has lots of trees and birds, and is near the beach. Beautiful ambience with background music and contained outdoor areas. Our relative seemed well cared for, and was content and settled.
One of the best if not the best retirement homes in Queensland. It's a relatively large facility and managed very well. The staff are very professional and warm with the residents. Highly recommended!
