About our home
The aged care home features a variety of community rooms, including a main lounge, a theaterette, a library, and a guest dining room, all well-equipped. It also has multiple garden areas, some with a vegetable garden and BBQ facilities. Resident rooms are spacious, offering individual temperature control, kitchenettes, and specialised equipment as needed.
The facility employs on-site chefs and provides a broad spectrum of activities such as shopping trips and manicures, alongside in-house physiotherapy and podiatry, with access to other allied health professionals. Staffing levels are tailored to meet the care needs of residents, with superior brand toiletries supplied. An upcoming high care wing will introduce a café, hydrotherapy, a chapel, and an expanded activity range.

Our family is very pleased with the expert care that mum is receiving. Mum is always treated with respect, and we find the staff's expertise, friendliness and attention to her needs excellent. It is a friendly and welcoming place to visit.
This residential aged care facility is exemplary! Their level of care goes way beyond that which is required. Our mother passed recently and the level of compassion and love shown by all the staff, not only to our mother but also to the members of our family, showed that this is a facility that genuinely cares for the well being of it's residents and their families. This is not a money making facility, but a private facility run by a loving family whose only focus is to make sure that the last years of a persons life are as full as possible and it is equally imperative for them the residents are treated with the love and respect they deserve at all times. I have dealt with other aged care facilities and have never experienced one that actually cares for their elderly charges like the owners and staff of Cheltenham Manor. Goes without saying that I highly recommend this facility to anyone who has the daunting task of trying to find a loving home for an elderly loved one.
I’m so happy with the care my dad is receiving. He is happy so I am happy Staff are lovely and attentive towards him. It takes a lot of pressure off me knowing he is so happy Love the new section
