Total lack of communication, no information given about what to expect, advised placement was with view to permanency and then told its time to go!. The majority of carer staff were very nice is the only positive thing I can say. Charged for extra services we didn't get and no one was ever available to assist my Mum to walk even out to the lunch room. The food was bland and repetitive. Not a good experience.
Wonderful care by dedicated staff. Very good food & rooms well laid out.
Great clean friendly place meals look great aswell
Recently renovated, not sure how much they can do about it, but the smell is terrible.
