The one star is for lack of clarity re RAT test upon visitation enquiry ...be warned you have to provide your own RAT test..if not it'll cost you $8 on site. (Estia I visited just hour prior provided free RAT and mask). Their P2 mask is free though
My purpose this trip is to get my 84years old mother settle in to a age home . She been looking after herself for the past 25 years and as one age only place left for her to continue into the twilight is a age home. I have seen it in Malaysia as my mother in law was in one and over here in Australia I can say it's nothing compare to Malaysia. The facility is very good top class and it's government supported like all age care facilities. This place caters more for Asian has 120 rooms even dementia care only weakness is it's far no Public transport facility available other than that it's top class.
The facility is nice and clean. The staff are supportive.
