Unfortunately my husband was only able to spend 2 weeks at this magnificent aged care facility. From the moment we walked in the front door and he was wheeled in on a stretcher, there was love, care, concern and support for not only for him, but also for myself and my family. When he passed away on Sunday 19 March 2023 once again all staff showed how much they cared in every way. The Dementia wing - staff and overall setup is extremely well thought out and safe for all residents. We will never forget their kindness and would thoroughly recommend Casey Aged Care to any of our friends. Thank you everyone and we love you all. (Helen Simester and family)
The facility is modern and welcoming. The staff are excellent, caring and. Helpful to the residents and their families. They have always been available for me to ask questions or make comments on their well trained performance. I have the feeling of confidence in the care of my wife in Pebble beach ward.
Fantastic care centre. All the staff are especially lovely, and will talk to you and care for you as if you are family. The atmosphere is relaxed and the culture is great and fun. The food is very good too. There is a hairdresser and cafe on site.
Mother-in-law stayed for respite and was very happy. She loved the staff and was quite content staying there. We were amazed as she was really fearful of being away from her home. As always in life it is the personal interactions which are most important, and the staff seemed to go out of their way to ensure she was comfortable, and well looked after. She even had nice things to say about the food ... now that's a first. Not to say everything is perfect, as in any large group there are bound to be some who are grumpy or difficult, but certainly the place is well managed, clean and has a culture of friendliness. We have no hesitation in recommending Casey Aged Care from the experience we had.
