I'm a previous member and I can tell you my experience was less than good. I was constantly picked on by manager. I broke my hip in 2014 was made to go in to fill out my certificate leave. This was very hard and shouldn't have happened. I feel people with anxiety was delt with inappropriately. That's why I left. When the new rule came in that residents were not to be showered before breakfast it was hard. A resident in my care at the time was needing a shower and I got into trouble being told I did it for my own convenient. Well this was what made me resign after almost 6 year's. I just wanted to best care for residents. My experience was not very good. My anxiety was through the roof. When I put this on my resignation I was told to change it. I reported this to head off a number of times. Even being spoken to rudely and at times yelled at.
