Self imposed Covid rules without government mandated lockdowns. Visiting hours changed so family cannot visit on weekends. Distress to residents is not being considered. Before you respond and talk about Covid safety, think about mental and emotional anguish of your residents and families.. waving through a window doesn’t cut it…
Worst place to be in there,Haven't seen a snake,cunning unwelcoming,Unppreciated staff,in my life.Seen in my naked eyes how staff treated the residents.its a no wonder a talk of a town.
A bright & welcoming home! Friendly staff and lots of amazing details. I especially love that the cinema is open 24 hours a day where they can watch a movie or Netflix etc.
Such a wonderful home, state of the art facilities and of course beautiful caring staff! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a new home with flare for their loved one ❤️ Changing the aged care industry one positive step at a time - just magnificent!
Beautiful, brand new aged care facility in Robina. Four floors of accommodation plus a roof terrace, bar, cinema, hair salon, men's shed and a range of other amenities. Great view of the local area from the roof terrace. Very impressive with extremely friendly staff.
