My mother has been in care at Riverside Views for 3 1/2 years and is so happy there. The care she is given is brilliant. She has absolutely no complaints and if asked, she said "if anything, we are given too much food. Morning, afternoon tea plus supper and three meals a day". Every care is catered for and I have met and spoken with many of the nurses and carers employed there. I simply can't fault this aged care facility and I am so happy to have been able to place mum where she is so happy ( and grateful).

Beautiful clean, new building with one of the best views in Launceston. But most importantly the staff are simply wonderful. When dealing with my mum who could be a challenge, they were always kind, caring and respectful.
