It was disheartening to have my grandmother go into an Aged Care facility but with her ongoing Dementia myself and my family knew she had to be looked after by professionals and seeing how much more attentive the staff are to her daily care is a relief. I talked with them in advance on what I would like done for nan and its been followed very well. Quite happy with the length NG have gone to, to support her and my family.
I'm a resident and l love the care l recieve.
When I first came to narrcan gardens in Moe Victoria Australia, I do not no what to expect but since I been here the staff treated me well and anyone is thinking about putting a loved one or some elderly family members I would recommend narrcan gardens in Moe Victoria Australia would be place to be
Good to deal with. My dementia client did get out the front and was walking down the road..
I have found this nursing home has no communication between staff. Apart the a few expectal staff who put their full effort into care of the residents, the care of residents is poor and a disgrace to the reputation of Latrobe valley nursing homes.especially the head management.
