Exceptional care catering for Chineses. My late 70s father has been here for the last 3.5 years. He is doing much better than he has since he needed care from ~6 years ago. This place has much better care, communication, than even really expensive private Group Home setting with lower clients:staff ratios. Leaders such as Rinu, Mei, Benny, Pooja, Amit, Dr John Galicek provide very emphatic and thorough care. The staff becomes my dad's friends, and give him the support needed for him to engage in preferred activities at the home (majong). I have found this to be very well run, and caring operation. Thank you.

Called twice to organise tour for Belrose facility but no answer from call centre..... hopeless at the first hurdle
