Thank you so much for helping our beautiful mum settle in to her new home, originallyfor only a 2 week respite care she has opted to stay permanently. Ankita who onboarded mum on her first day is friendly and warm. The service from the staff great, they are kind, takes time to listen and provide good care. Andrew the Property Manager certainly has an eye for detail and made mum feel at home by hanging her photo frames. There's nothing else we could ask for that they won't provide. In addition to the staff, the facilities provided are wonderful. It's clean, bright and open even with a kids playground. The activities provided for all the elders are great, mum's first day she enjoyed the karaoke. Thanks kindly for everything!

I believe organisations are as good as the local people in the them with the support of their leaders. My experience with Sutherland and those I’ve met has been fabulously beyond expectation. This is mirrored in the happiness and improvement of my mother under their care.

I was in the process of getting my dad in to Bupa Sutherland Very disappointed with their administration. I had to do do all the follow ups with regard to room availability. Never received any acknowledgement of emails I sent them. I got the impression that this place is more interested in $$$ than caring for the elderly. After my experience I'm glad to say my dad will not be staying here.
