Stylish and safe aged care home, designed for client welfare and wellness. Warm and welcoming atmosphere, quality rooms, quality meals, designer gardens and amenities.
When my mother had to make the decision to move from her home to Aged Care, it was a move she really didn't want to make, but she knew it had to be made. After visiting almost all Aged Care facilities from Broadbeach to Hope Island, she, and the family, felt that BUPA at Runaway Bay was the best fit. It has a homely feel, with a modern look, and such friendly staff. The rooms are big enough for a few pieces of home furniture. They made the transition as stress free as possible. The facility is always immaculate inside and out. All the staff, whether they be from Admin, the Care team, or the maintenance, cleaning, or kitchen teams, always greet you with a smile, and a quick chat if they aren't busy. Communication regarding mum's care and needs was always prompt and informative, and when anything needed to be addressed, they welcomed feedback and suggestions. We couldn't recommend this establishment more highly
