We would recommend this home for others who want the best care for their loved ones. Words fail me! The staff are generally wonderful but there just aren’t enough of them! My parent is paralysed and is totally dependent on her carers, they are her lifeline so those that are empathetic and show high levels of caring are what keeps her going. There is a huge however in this review! The recent continuous suddenly called lockdowns due to Covid cases many hundreds of kilometres away are soul destroying. Why do they do it when other homes all around them are open? Not very transparent. Mum is breaking down and sobbing because she fully misses her family contact. Too cruel when not necessary!

building and surrounds are lovely but the care given to the residence is substandard. The staff themselves work hard, but their are not enough staff for the care needed. Staff are not replaced when sick. Weekends are the worst. My mother has today been left in a mess while staff served breakfast!! over 20mins before breakfast was to be served they were informed - nope no help. Unfortunately this happens on a regular basis. I want to bring my mother home to care for her but she is beyond what we can handle. DON"T place your family members here if you can at all manage it. Food is disgusting as well.

New building, lovely gardens. That's where the positives stop. Poor level of care, food isn't great. Floors, tabletops ect frequently dirty. Unorganised. Failure to deliver what's promised to residents in the beginning. Not enough parking for visitors. Don't send your loved ones here.
