I couldn't stand walking through this facility. I wanted to cry it was so depressing. I wouldn't send my worst enemy here. Staff are rude and dismissive of clients and I was only their for a tour. That short glimpse was enough. Let's not even mention how dirty the place is
To get in to see someone is very difficult to see our loved ones there are people inside with un Necessary restrictions.
I don't work here, but I volunteer on a Tuesday for a few hours with my Labrador Sheldon. The staff are caring & kind & really look after the residents.
