My mother in law has been a resident of Bupa Dural since early November and we have found the staff to be friendly, caring and respectful toward the residents. Bupa Dural has an ongoing program of daily events which assists the residents to socialize. We have also been impressed with the management (particularly Sandeep, Dama and Dehaj) who have assisted us in understanding the complex My Aged Care rules. For anyone looking for aged care for their loved ones, I would recommend including Bupa Dural on their shortlist.

Would like to let you know that the care at Bupa Dural has exceeded our expectations. The place is always spotless and the staff are fantastic, welcoming and polite. There is nothing that the staff would not do. The care that my mother-in-law has received over the last 6 years has been great. I certainly would recommend Bupa at Dural to any family looking for a Aged Care facility.
The staff who look after my Mum have been responsible, concerned and caring.
