My mother has been at Bupa Bexley for 3 years .the director Ammar is an asset to this nursing home. He has high regard for all residents he is approachable to all my concerns.he runs a tight ship and ensures correct processes are adhered to his door is always open to my concerns. The staff are beautiful and caring. I can sleep at night knowing the care and love they bestow on my mother and all the residents. The kitchen staff go out of their way to ensure my mum is satisfied with her meals. Harry the chef speaks to the residents everyday to ask for their feedback and ways of satisfying residents requests. It may be smaller than other homes .not a five star hotel but it's filled with people that care.

Wonderful warm and caring home. My mother has resided at BUPA Bexley for nearly 5 years and have praised the staff for their compassion and care towards my mother. Management are always available for if and when I require to either have a chat, or just sit down for a cuppa. Although there may be opportunities for improvement in other homes, not all homes are the same.
