My Mother has been a resident of Bupa Aged Care, Bankstown for a number of years. We could not have asked for a better facility for Mum to reside in. The place is always immaculate, the staff are very friendly, and show great love for all of the residents. Reception staff are always pleasant and make you feel very welcome. ALL staff show a great dedication to their jobs, and should all be applauded. It would be an extremely difficult job for many reasons, but they ALL go about their business with great professionalism. We, as a family, would highly recommend this facility for any family considering care for a loved one.
