About our home
The aged care home caters primarily to the Polish community and accommodates 146 residents across two buildings, offering aging in place. The Old Building houses 56 residents, while the New Building features larger, single-room accommodations with private ensuite bathrooms. Amenities include communal lounges, a recreational hall, movie theatre, cafe, hair salon, internet cafe, library, and a state-of-the-art Sensory Room for light and music therapy. Additional facilities include secure dementia-specific areas, a magnificent Chapel with regular mass, and Retro Rooms decorated with period artifacts.
The home provides personal care with a team comprising a dietitian, wound management expert, registered nurse, pastoral care team, and a diversional therapist. Recreational activities are tailored to residents, including men-specific programs. Regular interactions with children and a European-style piazza with a BBQ area enhance the communal environment.

Excellent Aged care facilities and staff. Highly recommend them to anyone
Poor Nursing care, little to no understanding of residents medical needs and how to manage them effectively and competently. Management pushing families to upgrade care against client / residents wishes, no other options given for supporting clients to live independently in Villa's. This is purely to increase funding for their business from the government. As a Health Professional, I would not recommend this facility unless you have a supportive family who understands the Rights & Responsibilities of Aged Care Providers, and has an understanding of your Medical needs.
