About our home

The aged care home caters primarily to the Polish community and accommodates 146 residents across two buildings, offering aging in place. The Old Building houses 56 residents, while the New Building features larger, single-room accommodations with private ensuite bathrooms. Poor Nursing care, little to no understanding of residents medical needs and how to manage them effectively and competently. Management pushing families to upgrade care against client / residents wishes, no other options given for supporting clients to live independently in Villa's. This is purely to increase funding for their business from the government. As a Health Professional, I would not recommend this facility unless you have a supportive family who understands the Rights & Responsibilities of Aged Care Providers, and has an understanding of your Medical needs.
