Excellent Retirement Living close to shopping centre and transport
This facility has great activities for the residents and great meals. Very clean and staff are friendly too.
This is a beautiful newly established home. It seems the design was well thought of. Unfortunately, the upper management care more about the way the place looks rather then care . The health workers are truly loving but short staffed all the time. The food is disappointing. Broken promises lead to Broken hearts
We checked in just yesterday on Saturday and though the process with skeleton crew was messy, it's very clean and looks well presented. Staff are lovely. Rooms are fantastic. Concerned that when our moms scooter is down in basement, you can only access with a swipe card as we were told by susan on reception so hoping we can sort it. But looking forward to seeing how things operate during the week. So far happy, and I'm glad she is here for her benefit.
My darling mum was a resident at Bolton Clarke for many years till her death in September 2020.Mum was very well looked after and l was so grateful Jessie could spend her last years here.
