My grandma was at Bluecross Silverwood for over 5 years. She called the facility her home and the staff her friends. Over the last few years, we have got to know many of the staff who I can only describe as kind, selfless, caring and compassionate. The last 2 years has been really punishing on everyone, especially in the aged care sector. I have seen first hand how exhausted the staff are, finishing late, taking less breaks all whilst juggling the emotional and physical needs of the residents. I can't tell you how grateful I am for them. The staff is what makes Silverwood so special. Thanks to everyone at Silverwood for taking such good care of my grandma- she was truly blessed to have you in her life.
Dad spent 4 weeks in respite care at Bluecross Silverwood and the staff here have been amazing, from the first impressions to last, they take pride in caring for the elderly in our community and treat residents with respect and dignity. The team is open and honest and have been very supportive in what has been a challenging time for our family. Thank you and I highly recommended this home for your loved ones in need.
