The staff are very negative towards me and my siblings when it comes to contacting our mother. They are relentless in pushing us back and give us no reason for it ...she is our mother and we would like the opportunity to speak to her when needed. Their lack of sensitivity is unbelievable.

Aged care service in glenroy area. Located 10 minutes walk from the station. Clean and tidy place.
