Mum has been at Bluecross Hilltop Preston for over four months and we are as happy now as we were upon admission with only positive things to say. From the friendly receptionist to the regular and highly committed staff overseen by a professional and involved manager there is little more you can ask for. Lovely rooms, delicious food and regular activities. It's so comforting to visit mum each day and see the attention paid to her. When I mention to local residents and traders where mum is staying they always have something positive to say about Bluecross Hilltop Preston. I'm not surprised it has such a glowing reputation in our local community. We are so happy to have chosen you to care for our mum Rosa. Big thanks to the team for the important work you do. Sonia

Staff is really professional and friendly.
The staff are lovely caring folk that look after the residents with kindness and compassion. The facilities are always clean and pleasant.
My grandparents both went into hilltop within the last year. We have been very happy with the care they have been given. in the last days of my grandmothers life they where also very caring and supportive of our family. They place is clean and well staffed and they organise lots of events and activities for the clients. My grandfather was sad to be leaving his garden behind and they made space for him in one of there courtyards to bring along some of his plant. If your looking for high quality care with a loverly warm atmosphere then deffinetly check out hilltop.
