Great staff, residents are happy
My grandfather passed away just before Christmas because of the absolute neglect of the doctors at this facility for something that could have been easily treated early on, had he received the medical attention he needed. I am beyond words, he deserved so much better than this and instead suffered till his last breath. Unforgiveable.
Staff member are very good caring for residents even like aged care facilities maybe short Staff they working hard to make residents happy it's best place that's I enjoyed as volunteers very happy with blue care at narzween
Terrible Age Care home keep right away from this Blue Care facility which my mother was in for only a few months. I took my mother out of the home after the two week lockdown in April as she had not eaten in two weeks and had lost so much weight she ended up in hospital being fed through a tube for nearly two months, I did not expect her to recover she was so ill. The home were not checking her Warfrin levels properly and not making sure she was taking it everyday. I eventually had to contact QML who told me you cant mess around with this drug and it is needed everyday & if not monitored properly can cause death. Unfortunately you have to give a Star to Review as they don't deserve any. The government was supposed to be looking into these facilities but unfortunately we can not rely on our government. When I tried to move mum to another facility because she had a woman in the next room who screamed all day they told the other facility I had applied to that mum was disruptive. This is all lies and I have a recording of this woman screaming which is very distressing to hear.
The staff are absolutely amazing. My Grandmother has been a resident for many years and is always happy and is always welcome to all events held here. Highly recommend for those who are looking for high quality and peace of mind
