Friendly and helpful staff.
My brother in law, went into care, with dementia, my sister went back next day to see him, he was in the same cloths, Next day she went back to be told he got out, and they had to go find him. Not good enough it's supposed to be a secure , its hard enough seeing your loved one in a place like that,and to find he was able to leave with no one noticing is a worry. The stress put on my sister is not good,
This is the worst nursing home I have ever seen Very unprofessional Would not recommend placing your loved ones in the facility You don't allow zero stars
Brief and frequent visits cannot determine everything, but the person I visited and people he dines with seem as contented as they can be in the facility. Last year's multi-million renovation made a welcome change with non-slip floors and corridors, and brightened-up the area with photos most could identify with rather than paintings.
Nice place and they take care of their clients. They arrange family lunches for clients birthdays. Facility is always clean and fresh.
