Reach out to blue care they are incredibly respectful and have some truly amazing staff personal carers and their management team are excellent. 5star rating amazing people amazing company.
The management and staff at this facility are beyond outstanding. I am so grateful for the support, care and love my sister receives. they Go the extra mile. I have found them informative and sympathetic to my questions. I could not have been blessed with any better I’m sure. I cannot speak highly enough of this facility. My Dad was here for almost 2 years before he died, and my Mum is still in the facility. The staff are FANTASTIC. When Dad was dying the staff treated him with the utmost tenderness, respect and dignity (and there was humour as well - building on the wonderful relationships that Dad had developed with the staff during his time at 'Labrador Gardens'). The staff continue to treat Mum with deep affection and love and care. When Dad needed to go into an aged care facility my Mum and I looked at about 8 facilities in the area, and we both had this one as our top choice. This was absolutely the right decision - we have never had a moment's doubt about this. The quality of care is exceptional.
