Big rooms, a lot of outdoor viewing, clean and lots of parking
This is amazing little care facility. The grounds are well maintained and care given to residents. The rooms are spacious. Good parking for visits.
My mother in law's room always smells, her clothes go missing even though they are clearly named. She had a fall on the 19th June was taken to hospital for suspected concussion at 2am was back at canowindra by 4am, we visited on the 21st the Dr still hadn't visited as she was complaining of pain in her neck!!! We got a call this arvo saying she's had a xray and found her c5 vertebrae cracked right through this is not good enough 7 day's after she had a fall!!!!!! Canowindra staff still can not tell us how she fell or how long she was on the floor. NOT GOOD ENOUGH WE WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS FACILITY TO ANYONE 😡 My mother in law is 93, the level of care is disgraceful.
