Bluecare Ingham what a disgrace. Visiting my Mum and her homecare package management is a disgrace. The cleaner visited Wednesday as did the yard maintenance. Both leave me with no words. I asked Mum if a member of Bluecare ever came to check on the work done and she said "no." When I arrived on Sunday some of the weeds were 10-15cms tall. The grass long and the lawn the worst I've seen it. The cleaner should be sacked. 2 hours 2 days ago and the photos below will show how dirty and unhygienic her home is. Toilet not cleaned at all. Kitchen stained and sink so dirty it looked like someone had vomited in there. Drawer and cupboard handles soiled along with all high touch surfaces. Our elders rely on you. Mum pays for her package as a self-funded retirement. No govt handout.

I loved my job at blue haven . All the staff in the office were all beautiful people and very helpful and the carers were absolutely fantastic to work with . Very well run and very clean . Miss the residents most of all .
