Went to see my mum and the workers and it's a happy place 💖
After hearing a disturbing report on the local news tonight about Master’s Lodge, my husband asked that I post his comments regarding his time there. Ian has been in Masters Lodge for the past 3 weeks for Transition Care after several weeks in hospital. He has found all the staff with whom he has had contact to be very professional, and the nurses, aides and other staff involved with his care have been very gentle and caring with their treatment and assistance with hygiene, as well as being friendly and supportive in all circumstances. The care and attention he is receiving far surpasses what he received during his rehabilitation time in a busy hospital.
Great staff caring friendly they are so nice
Staff on the frontline of care are great. The amount of time they are given to perform their duties is not :(
