Staff here have been friendly, patient, and very supportive. It's comforting to see the care they provide and knowing any residents are in safe hands.
Always challenging as to how we approach our elderly without putting them in a box and ignoring them.
Unfortunately flooding of units is a regular occurrence self help seems the only option for RSLVeterans
lovely staff, very supportive and caring, excellent food plenty of it. rooms are clean and well maintained.
