Both our parents June and John Lewis have resided at Bethel Aged Care. We have found the care there very good. They staff are always welcoming to us and caring for our parents. The life style team have provided both mental and physical stimulus to both our parents. They have show great compassion when dealing with them especially when they became frustrated and grumpy. The activities were varied. In their earlier time at Bethel they loved the performances and visits by the different groups. They especially loved the visits by people with animals. They were both known to ‘borrow’ the animated cars from each other. Mum loved the cats until her last few months. They would talk to and pat them for ages. Thanks again to Bethel’s staff for their great care of our parents. You made our lives less stressful knowing they were safe and well looked after.

Moving Our Mother to Bethal Health was A Godsend, After 2 Years of Hell In Another Un-named Age Care in the Area, Both My Brother And I were very surprised that in this world, There were still people who Care for the eldery.. My mother recently spent 4weeks at Bethel aged care facility in South Morang for respite. Bethel is a great facility.The staff are very caring and attentive, the food is excellent ,it is a very clean and safe facility. I would nit hesitate to recommend Bethel to anybody thinking of respite or permanent care for there loved one.Sharon Allport

We were blessed to find a place like Bethel Aged Care. My mother needed respite a number of times while we were on holidays, and our initial enquiries were handled by Linda. She continued to look after mum's needs for the entire time she was in Bethel's care. We eventually had to transition mum from respite to a higher level of care and Linda assisted us with this process. Mum had a good appetite and was always happy with the food, regularly telling me what she had, and sometimes seconds! Every person we met on the Bethel team had a similar accomodating nature to Linda. We can't speak of them more highly. Thank you Bethel for making mum's final years as enjoyable as possible.
