My wife's parents are in Bethany and we've found the level of care to be excellent. There appears to be a good staff to resident ratio and the staff are friendly. They have responded very well to a couple of falls and have notified my wife of the outcomes very quickly. I think my parents-in-law are in good hands.
Suitable place for elderly people
I live around the corner from this establishment but it may as well be on mars for the amount of connection i get with my father. Its not the staffs fault im sure but the information technology infrastructure there is dismal. The phone line is terrible and is most likely located in the basement on account of the 20 minute hike the staff need to do to get it to my dad. There is no internet feed to the place witch blows my mind, its 2019, there should be a tablet in every room connected to high speed wireless and every resident there should be able to press 3 buttons and connect with their loved ones.
Good food for the residents, nice staff, good atmosphere, pleasant accommodation.
Nice place but don't want to end up in aged care.
