Bethanie provide a very caring environment for my Father. The place has a homely feel, modern comfortable facilities and is well managed. Highly recommend to anyone considering aged care.

Extremely rude reception workers. I was delivering a chair off and When I asked one of the lady’s for a signature she snatched my pen and paper off of me and shoved it back in my face when done. Felt very disrespected she was lucky I was working

The staff at this facility were Totally amazing. Mel (Registered Nurse) and her team having been awesome. I haven't much experience around aged care facilities but this one incredible. We have had two family members here and can honestly say the facility, food and staff are second to none, if you are looking, do whatever you can to get your loved one in here.
